You're most likely looking at it inside an email preview (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail), which blocks the code that draws the board. Nothing is broken — it just can't run here.
Download or save the attachment to your computer first, then open the saved file (double-click it, or right-click → Open With → Chrome / Safari / Edge). Everything works offline after that; there's no login and no account needed.
On a phone: save it to Files, then open it from there rather than tapping it in the mail app.
